We seek individuals to perform mobile RV repairs, maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics. Your knowledge and expertise will cover plumbing, electrical, LPG systems, appliances, water heater, furnace, AC, and more.

Employment Status
Technicians are Independent Contractors. Techs are responsible for: Filing a 1099 NEC (when paid over $600.00)
File W-9 with RV Rangers
Pay self-employment and income taxes.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $40.00-$100.00 (based on experience, expertise, certification).
Mileage Fee: .35¢ /mile (paid directly to Tech.)
Flat rate jobs available (E.g. winterization/Dewinter, Bearing, Inspections)
RV Rangers responsible for...

Generating clients, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and website,

Paying Technicians with 24 hours of job completion.

Providing parts, supplies, and resources as needed.

Providing branded clothing, decals, business cards
Technician Responsibilities

Promote five-star customer satisfaction rating on Google.

Perform repairs, diag., installation, preventative maintenance, and retrofits.

Schedule appointments online, in person or via cell.

Accept/Decline jobs within 10 hours of notification.

Provide parts/labor estimates within 24 hours of job diag..

Schedule appointments and work on site.

Order parts through RV Rangers or approved local distributor.

Perform responsibilities as contractors (not full-time employees).

Communicate proactively w/customers & RV Rangers when jobs open.

Use technologies: cell, text, handhelds, website, Gmail, photos,

Uphold marketing guidelines, work ethic, professional conduct

Technician is responsible for transportation, tools and clean work site.

Maintain best practices consistent with RV Industry Association.

Provide task descriptions, and parts + labor estimates for any job.
